Frequently Asked

Questions we hear — answered directly.

Short, clear answers to the things most people want to know before a conversation.

Getting Started
The best time is when you're looking for clarity and structure — not when everything feels "perfect." Most of our clients begin in the middle of something: a new home, a business transition, a growing family, a year that didn't go as planned. Earlier means more optionality. Later still works; it just narrows the room to maneuver.
A focused, one-on-one conversation — 45 minutes, private, with no pitch. We review your priorities, understand your current structure, answer questions, and outline where strategy could help. You leave with clarity. Whether you continue is entirely your decision.
No minimum. What matters is that you want intentional structure, not quick fixes. We've worked with families at every stage — paying off their first home, selling a business, or preparing the third generation.
Cost & Commitment
The initial consultation is complimentary. Engagement costs depend on scope and are always discussed openly — in writing — before anything begins. We never ask you to commit to a price before you understand what you're getting.
Yes. No cost, no obligation, no pressure. We treat the consultation as our contribution to clarity — whether or not we end up working together.
Strategy work typically opens with a 90-day build phase followed by ongoing guidance. Most client relationships extend for years — in many cases across generations — because the architecture needs to be adjusted as life evolves.
Services & Scope
No. Global Legacies does not offer debt settlement or consolidation. Our approach redirects the interest you're already paying into a system you own — without restructuring debt through a third party or damaging your credit.
Global Legacies is a financial strategy and education firm. Specific products are sourced through licensed partners where appropriate. We do not provide legal or tax advice — when those specialties are needed, we coordinate with qualified professionals as part of your architecture.
Most advisors work inside one product category — investments, or insurance, or real estate. We design the architecture that sits above all of them, so each component reinforces the next. If your advisor is excellent at their layer, we complement; we don't replace.
Our strategies are structured around U.S. residency and tax law. If you're U.S.-based but spend time abroad, yes. If you're a non-resident, we can have a conversation, but many of our core strategies may not apply.
Process & Privacy
Discovery and strategy review, then a prioritized build. We don't try to move every piece at once — we sequence them so each step pays for or enables the next. You'll have clear milestones and transparent communication throughout.
All client information is held in secure systems with access limited to the team members working on your architecture. We do not sell or share personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Consultations, documentation, and ongoing communication are fully available in Spanish. Our approach is bilingual-native, not translated.
Then you leave the consultation with more clarity than you arrived with — and no obligation. We'd rather have you decide in a year, when the timing is right, than rush a decision that shapes a decade.
