Our Story

Allison Moran didn't inherit a blueprint. She built one.

The story behind Global Legacies — and the framework it became.

Allison Moran was four years old when her family left Ecuador for the United States. They arrived with the same thing most first-generation families arrive with: a willingness to work, and a blank page where a financial plan should be.

The arrival

What her parents built — the long shifts, the careful savings, the first home — they built without a map. There was no advisor who spoke their language, no framework that understood the specific texture of building from zero in a new country. The instructions were improvised, passed generation to generation in fragments.

The observation

Allison came up through insurance, financial services, and operations management. Inside those industries, she kept noticing the same pattern: families doing everything right — working hard, saving, buying property — and still losing ground to structures that were never designed for them. Debt that compounded in silence. Tax strategies that assumed someone else's life. Advisors selling products instead of designing systems.

Most are operating inside systems that were never designed to support long-term growth, ownership, or true flexibility.

The turning point

It wasn't a single moment. It was a slow recognition — built across real estate networking rooms, late-night reading on creative finance, and conversations with clients who'd been told "you're doing great" while their plan quietly leaked value every year. Allison realized the components of a real financial architecture already existed. What was missing was someone willing to design them as one system, not as separate products to sell.

The firm

Global Legacies is the firm she wished her family had. It's built on a single philosophy: financial progress should be designed, not accidental. One intentional decision, placed correctly, sets off a chain reaction that shifts every other piece of the system. That's the work.

Today, Global Legacies serves families, professionals, and real estate investors who want structure instead of improvisation — and who want someone across the table who understands both what they've built and why it matters.

What we stand for

Four principles, one architecture.

Native in English and Spanish — not translated. Your nuances, your decisions, your voice.

03

Integration

Real estate, protection, tax strategy, and legacy transfer as one connected system.

04

Longevity

Decisions measured in generations, not quarters. Built to compound across decades.
